The ancient Parish Church of Upleatham,
St Andrew's
Reputed to be the smallest church in England and built during the 12th Century. It has a number of early 18th century gravestones still visible with a good number of early 19C stones. This church is outside the present village area and was replaced in 1835.

Upleatham St. Andrews New Church
This church which replaced the Ancient church was built in the village in 1835 at a cost of £450 and made from stone from a local quarry which was carried cost free by the tenants and is now a private residence.
